Full-Time Children, Youth/Family Life Minister

FT Youth/Family Life Minister desired to develop a vital ministry serving the families in our congregation and community that is in accordance with the church’s vision statement. We prefer a servant with 4-5 years of proven ministry experience, possess at least a master’s degree from one of the Southern Baptist seminaries or a recognized evangelical theological seminary with both national and ATS accreditation. Candidate must be a man of God with a passion for developing children, youth and families into people who honor God. He must be able to work with parents to develop true disciplining avenues and strategies for their children. He must be Biblically sound in the faith and the Word of God. Qualified candidates will be adept at including current ministry volunteers and recruiting others who are gifted and willing to serve. Candidate must be a lifelong learner of God’s Word and people in general. He must be able to partner with the Senior Minister in fulfilling the Great Commission to make disciples of Christ. Must be a team player, innovative, creative, able to connect with kids and parents. Musical abilities are a plus. Occasionally the candidate would have the opportunity to preach.
