Evergreen Baptist Church celebrated Founder’s Day on January 28, hosting families of former pastors, congregations from sister churches, and local worshippers. Dr. Carl A. Collins, Jr.(above), pastor from 1939 to 1942, brought the evening message. The Sunday gatherings provided historical highlights, challenging sermons, and Christian fellowship.
